3 . Quotes & Pricing
- All quotes are estimates based on shipment details provided by the customer.
- Final charges may vary if shipment weight, dimensions, distance, or special requirements differ from original information.
- Additional charges may apply for detention, layover, re-delivery, special handling, or accessorial services.
- Quotes are valid for a limited period unless otherwise specified.
4 . Payment Terms
- Payment terms will be stated in the invoice or service agreement.
- Late payments may incur interest or collection fees.
- The Company reserves the right to suspend services for unpaid balances.
5 . Customer Responsibilities
The customer agrees to:
- Provide accurate shipment details.
- Ensure proper packaging and labeling of cargo unless otherwise agreed.
- Comply with all applicable federal, state, and local transportation laws.
- Not ship hazardous or illegal materials without proper documentation and approval.
The Company is not responsible for issues arising from incorrect or incomplete shipment information.
6. Cargo Liability & Claims
- Liability for loss or damage is limited in accordance with applicable transportation laws.
- Claims must be submitted in writing within the legally required timeframe.
- The Company is not liable for damages caused by:
- Improper packaging
- Acts of God
- Weather conditions
- Government actions
- Delays beyond reasonable control
Additional cargo insurance may be available upon request.
7. Delivery & Delays
Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed unless agreed in writing. The Company is not liable for delays due to traffic, weather, mechanical breakdowns, or other unforeseen circumstances.
8. Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before dispatch. Cancellation fees may apply if equipment has already been assigned or dispatched.
